fish bones

May 28, 2012

We are in Lerici to see the last house the Shellys lived in together before he drowned. I thought the house would be difficult to find, but it is only a five minute walk from our hotel along the water.

Afterwards, we had the kind of picturesque fish meal that we don’t really like — the kind with bones you have to crunch or pick out and eye sockets. I pretended to enjoy crunching, but between you and me I would have preferred a nice mushy piece of pizza.
